DO YOU SHIP GLOBALLY?
When purchasing goods online, some or all of these goods may not originate in the country you reside in, therefore are subject to a customs duty, which is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. You are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which your local customs authority deems appropriate.
Each order is charged at a flat rate of $20 USD.
Our shipping price is a flat rate regardless of location or how many pieces you order.
Domestic shipping is free of charge.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders can be sent one way:
1) Standard delivery services: To major cities, these are usually received in 10-15 business days.
If your location is slightly more remote, you will be notified after purchasing and your order can take up to 10 business days. There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe. Please allow for 1-2 working days to pick and pack your order.
Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3:00 PM, CET.
Orders placed during the weekends will be shipped the following business day.
Domestic shipping: These are usually received in 5-7 business days.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
An e-mail will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours after the day of shipping for tracking numbers to be made available. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you do not receive a tracking number. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during office hours.
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use DHL for all deliveries to major cities. You can track parcels via the DHL. If you are having any problems tracking your items please email email@example.com.
